Big Girl!

Brylee is really growing up. She has now graduated from the high chair and is joining us at the table with a booster seat. About 2 weeks ago, she tee-teed in the potty at school. Can you believe it! 18 Months old! Today, Bryan called me and told me Brylee had poo-pooed in the potty! Wow! He said she was making the "face". He immediately sat her on the potty. She wasn't too happy about it, but she proceeded to do her business. When she finished, they all cheered and clapped. She was excited! Unfortunately, she is now sick. She threw up at school and had a fever. I hate that she is sick! Bryan is keeping her home tomorrow. I will keep her Thursday if she is not well. Hopefully, it will be over soon!

Caramel Apples

I thought it would be fun for Brant to make caramel apples. I bought a kit that had caramel ready to stick on and included the sticks. He did a pretty good job spreading it over the apple. He then passed it to me. I guess it was too sticky for him. He enjoyed the finished product!

A Hunting We Will Go!

Bryan & Brant went dove hunting yesterday. They went early yesterday morning and then again yesterday afternoon. They went with Andy & Drew Brown. Brant came home excited, even though they only killed 1 bird the whole day. He was most excited about playing on a clay hill with Drew and throwing the dove like a football!

Bow Head!

One day Brant took all of Brylee's bows off her bow holder, and check out where they ended up. We all got a big laugh!

Weekend Trip

We went to Meridian this weekend. My sister bought Brylee a bumble bee costume for Halloween. Check out how cute! We also went to Laurel. My favorite cousin was remarried two weeks ago in Savannah, GA. Since most of the family & friends, could not attend, she had her reception this past Saturday in Laurel. I am so happy for her! Her first husband was killed serving our country in Iraq a couple of years ago. Leah is so happy! We also got to see my grandmother on my Dad's side of the family and my aunt. We had a good visit. I don't get to see her enough. I am fortunate to still have a living grandmother!
