We went to Meridian to see my parents. On Saturday, we went to visit my Granny, Aunt, Uncle and cousins in Laurel. My aunt usually hosts us in October and my mom & dad have all of them come in the spring. They rented a jumper slide for Brant, Brylee, and their grandchild, Jesse. We had so much fun and ate TOO MUCH food. I love seeing everyone. We had a great trip!
We woke up two Saturdays ago and decided it would be a perfect day to go to the zoo. We loaded up and headed to the Birmingham Zoo. It was so nice - around 70 degrees. They had everything decorated for Halloween. They both enjoyed the animals, riding the carousel, and the train. Brylee loved the monkeys. When we would leave the monkeys, she would say, "Bye, Bye, Monkey." Brant really loved the train because they took us around looking at the scary decorations. They had skeletons hanging from trees and graveyard, etc. We had a great time!
My Bunko group had our annual Halloween Bunko. We were all to dress up. I chose to be Sarah Palin. We all had the best time!
I went with Brant's preschool class back to the Country Pumpkin. He had the best time. They played, went on a hayride, and had a picnic lunch. I had a great time spending the day with my favorite little boy!
We took Brant & Brylee to the pumpkin patch in Caledonia Saturday. They thoroughly enjoyed it! They let me snap a few pictures and then they were off to play. Some of their friends were there as well. Brylee loved playing in the corn with Ty and Brant really enjoyed the hay maze with Konner and Kirkland. I will be going with Brant again on Thursday for his field trip!
Brant is playing soccer. He is really good, too! He scored 3 of the team's 5 goals the first game and around 3 the next game. He is very aggressive. We have to make sure he doesn't "push" the other team's players out of the way to get the ball!
